Artosphere / Children's Theater & Music
Theater and music can bring concepts like sustainability, friendship and imagination to life for kids in fun and entertaining ways. Artosphere 2011 included a great lineup of children's shows by companies from around the world - and from right here in Northwest Arkansas.
Imago Theater's ZooZoo
The rabbits are big enough to drive cars. The polar bears are little enough to curl up in your lap. The hippos might not weigh thousands of pounds, but their bed still doesn't seem big enough for both of them. Welcome to the world of Imago Theater!
Rani Arbo & daisy mayhem's PJ Party
Put the kids in their pajamas and head on down to Starr Theater for this very special PJ Party – with great kid-friendly music, a dance floor and even milk and cookies! And because they’ll already be dressed in their PJs, you can take your little ones home and put them straight to bed (This event is approximately one hour long).
Swimmy, Frederick and Inch by Inch
Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia (Goodnight Moon and The Runaway Bunny) returns with an exquisitely crafted triple-bill puppet adaption of Leo Lionni's classic children's books, "Swimmy," "Frederick" and "Inch by Inch."
